Inclusions

  1. Hot air ballooning for approx. 1 hour (+/- 15 minutes).
  2. Transport from common meeting point to the flying site.
  3. Tea / coffee and snacks served at the launch site.
  4. A Certificate of Flight signed by your pilot.
  5. Transport from the landing site to the common meeting point.
  6. All government taxes.

Exclusions

  1. Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
  2. Any kind of travel / transport not mentioned in the inclusions.
  3. Any cost incurred by the customer due to cancellation, change in flying schedule, road blocks, natural calamities, other factors beyond control etc.

Cancellation and Refund

Weather

  • If your flight is cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions, you will receive a full refund OR you can select a new date.

Cancellation by customer

  • If you cancel your booking 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your booking date, you will not receive any refund.
  • If you do not show up on day of the ride or reach late and miss the flight, you will not receive any refund.
